Jan-Willem van Schip disqualified because he was riding with Colnago Components
UAE Team Emirates sent a formal complaint to UCI informing that this handlebar can only be used on Colnago Bikes
If you are not Pogi or other UAE Team Emirates rider, you can't use this handlebar, no matter the ridding position.
For instance, Pogacar can ride in aero position with only one hand… This is totally legal according to UCI Rules.
