Forget the Motos! A new study reveals how helicopters
drastically affect cycling races. With around 10 helicopters per Le Tour de France stage,
a cyclist's speed is impacted even if the aircraft is 5km away. The aerodynamic effect of a single helicopter is 2.758,98% greater
than that of a motorcycle. Professor Bert Blocken has officially named this: 'The Giant Butterfly Effect Phenomenon in Cycling'
